Sam is a movement expert and body healer with a passion to help folks learn about their bodies. He started injuring his back when he was a teenager and struggled until he became a professional. In between, he saw a bunch of traditional physical therapists, chiropractors, and other medical professionals, who didn't quite understand how to help. Through learning about alignment, healing, and how the body works, he now helps himself - and more importantly so many others.
